But we have no right to process the import and export for our goods,
thereby we go shipping and apply customs depend on our agent.

What’s the kind of certificates do you have?

We have FDA,ISO9002,GMP,REACH certificates.

If your products well meet the EU or USA standards?

We had tested our lip balm/lip gloss/face paint based on these standards,
you can find the test reports of them from certificates page,
we can also make new testing with SGS company according to your requirement.

Where is your main export market?

Our main customer come from United Kingdom,France,Germany,Spain.
Beside, Canada,USA,Australia are also our large market.
Meanwhile,we never stop developing new customers from other country.

How many workers do you have?Have you pass the factory audit?By whom?

We have 200 indentured workers and around 30 temporary workers.
During busy season of production,we will increase enrollment workder with enough experience.
We pass factory audit of Disney and Target,and we accept new audit from other customers.

What’s the QC syetem do you have?

We have two assessores for each production department,the quantity and quality of raw material is under firm control by every redeployment.Random sample of mass production based on AQL standard,we also accept production inspection by customer or the 3rd department.In case failed of inspection,we will rework according to the requirement by our customer or compensate the lost of time and fund by necessary method.

Where is your exporting port?

FOB Ningbo or Shanghai via sea or air.
We also accept CIF term via sea or air.

What's the payment term?

We usually go with T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed,70% against the shipping document.
We also accept L/C payment, especially for large amount.

How about the sample way?

We could provide existing sample for free with shipping collected on customer’s express account.
For sample need to set up,we request sample charge,but we will refund it after order confirmed.
The sample time around 4~7 days after design or artwork approved by both side.

Do you accept OEM or ODM products?

We have devisers in field of planar design and 3D mold drawing,they have full experience for all kinds of printing artwork and original packing design.
We have our own injection machine for plastic mold tooling,and we could open mold according to the customer’s sample.

What’s the MOQ of your product?Can you accept small trial order?

We usually request 10K pieces per order,but we could accept MOQ 5K pieces of some items.
For trial order,it’s ok if we have existing products in stock could be provided.
If fortunately,we can add your trial order into online production of our other orders which is congeneric item at the same time.
By the way,we will release information of stock products on Aliexpress,you could check and purchase online directly.

How about your production capacity per month?(Production Time)

We have 10 production lines for full production,thereby we could complete 200K pieces of simple packing item within 30 days after all necessary raw material ready.
Considering the production schedule of different orders,production time per MOQ order is around 25~30 days after preproduction sample approved.
